Matt Bakker

President, United Electronics Company

Matt Bakker leads our United Electronics Company. Matt has more than 20 years of management experience across the defense, electronics, manufacturing, and consumer product industries. Throughout his executive career, Matt has held leadership positions with Glenair, Axon Cable, and most recently at Teledyne Technologies Incorporated as Vice President and General Manager of Teledyne Advanced Electronic Solutions.

Matt holds an MBA from Northwestern University – Kellogg school of Management, and a BA, Business Administration from Hope College.

Alan Wise

General Manager, UEC Advanced Electronics

Alan Wise is a senior executive with 40+ years of experience in the PWB/Electronics assembly business and has held leadership roles at Teledyne, Amphenol, Parlex, and Rogers Corporation.

Alan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts

John Wray

President, UEC-RF Microwave

John Wray brings over 20 years of experience in engineering and operations management, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, optimizing manufacturing processes, and aligning daily execution with strategic business goals. Known for his hands-on leadership style and data-driven decision-making, John is deeply committed to driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

He has held key roles at respected organizations including SLAC, L-3, and Spectra-Mat. Most recently, he served in Operations Management at Microwave Power Products, where he led initiatives to modernize product development and streamline production workflows across engineering and manufacturing teams.

John holds a B.S. in Physics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University.

Zach Kajfasz

General Manager, UEC Advanced Circuit Technologies

Zach is a seasoned management professional with 25 years of progressive experience in contract manufacturing within the electronics sector, specializing in the Industrial, Commercial, and Aerospace & Defense Industries. Throughout his career, Zach has demonstrated a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain management, consistently driving operational excellence and efficiency.

Adam Rachlin

President, UEC Signal Technologies

Adam is a senior executive with extensive experience leading engineering, operations, and sales organizations. He has in his past 30+ years held leadership roles at Hughes Network Systems, Bell Communications Research, ArrayComm, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Tel-Instruments

. Prior to his current position, Adam was Vice President of Engineering at UEC Signal Technologies

Adam holds a BS in EE, MS in EE, and an MBA in finance all for Rutgers University. He also holds several patents in the area of superconducting microwave devices.

James Murray

V.P. of Sales and Marketing, United Electronics Company

Jim has more than 20 years of management experience in defense, electronics, manufacturing, and consumer product industries. Prior to joining UEC, Jim was the Director of Program Management and Business Development for Teledyne Advanced Electronic Solutions. Jim has 30 years of

experience and knowledge in all facets of EMS manufacturing processes and markets.
